Full Stack Java Trainer

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Java Full Stack Trainer to join us as a Revenue Partner. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong technical expertise and enjoy mentoring students and working professionals to build successful careers in software development.

The trainer should be comfortable delivering online and classroom training sessions, depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions on Java Full Stack Development in both online and offline modes.
• Train learners on core technologies including:
• Core Java
• Advanced Java
• Spring Boot
• Hibernate / JPA
• REST APIs / Microservices
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Angular
• Database: MySQL / SQL
• Git, Maven, Deployment basics
• Design course curriculum, assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions, mock interviews, and career guidance sessions.
• Keep training content updated with current industry trends.
• Support students in building real-time projects and job readiness.
• Collaborate with the internal team for batch planning, student engagement, and feedback.
