As a Linux System Administrator, take charge of building, monitoring, maintaining, and supporting an expanding infrastructure that hosts millions of websites. Collaborate with system and software engineers to continuously enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in shift rotations to promptly respond to service alerts and incidents across WHM/cPanel environments.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure Linux servers run at peak performance.
- Enhance internal tools and automation workflows using scripting and Ansible.
- Tackle complex technical challenges, document root causes, and collaborate on long-term fixes.
Qualifications:
- Robust experience administering Linux systems in WHM/cPanel environments.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, etc.) and automation tools (Ansible).
- Strong troubleshooting skills across OS, network, firewall, and application layers.
- Excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail.
- Continuous learning mindset and team-oriented attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly gross salary: IDR 8,500,000–11,500,000 (based on experience).
