Role Overview:
Lead the Brazilian Web Hosting SysAdmin team within Hostinger’s Product organization. Guide hiring, ensure team health, manage productivity, and collaborate across regional SysAdmin teams and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and readiness of Hostinger’s Web Hosting monitoring team.
Provide long-term engineering solutions and automate deployments.
Mentor and onboard team members, promote technical decision-making, and manage KPIs.
Collaborate with Indonesian and Lithuanian SysAdmin teams, developers, and product teams.
Optimize system performance using tools like Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Ansible.
Qualifications:
3+ years supporting enterprise-level Linux environments and optimizing system performance.
At least 1 year in a technical leadership or managerial role.
Knowledge of both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
Excellent spoken/written English (C1–C2).
Passion for IT, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
